What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship all orders with Registered Airmail, insured up to 500 USD. Within Europe and overseas, we use DHL. On special request, DHL Express shipments are also possible.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, of course – with a few exceptions like Russia or North Korea
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Your order is posted within 3 days, you get a tracking number, and the shipping process normally takes no more than 1 week.
Are the CONCENTRIC-WATCHES unique, forever only produced 1x?
Indeed. Like the artworks of Daniel Wave, we guarantee that every piece is made only once. The serial number of the Limited Editions (for example, 065/300) refers to the entire series of the 36mm size watch produced in 2024.
So the artwork used for my chosen dial of the watch, will it be mine?
Yes, this artwork was only used for your watch. On request, we can send you the corresponding image file (as JPEG or PNG in a Format of up to 5000 x 5000 pixels).
Where can I check customer feedback for CONCENTRIC watches?
We have been selling goods since the early 2000s, with thousands of happy customers – for example, through the online shop swissmade.com (sold in 2014). However, since our own brand, CONCENTRIC-WATCH, is quite new, there is not yet a lot of feedback. You can see our eBay rating (account ‘subwave’) at 100% positive, or Swiss Ricardo.ch account ‘subwave’ which is also at 98%+

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept mayor creditcards over STRIPE and also bank cards over SAFERPAY / WORLDPAY
Also, Bank Wire Payments can be processed, and we also have a PayPal account (info at a100.ch)
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes, for the customer side, shops with a reputation and SSL certification are always very safe. Our businesses are more in danger because of the risk of fraudulent orders with stolen cards or ID, for instance.

How do I place an Order?
Add a watch model to the cart and follow the links until checkout.
We have only part of the watches in this online shop. You can find more CONCENTRIC watches on eBay, Amazon, Etsy .. and soon also in watch or fashion shops
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
As long as your merchandise has not been shipped, you can contact us and cancel. Or you give directions on how to xhange your order, that’s no problem. Contact info@uhrenvertrieb.ch or the WhatsApp number.
Do I need an account to place an order?
It’s the easiest way – so you can track your order and get back to us later. But you can use also eBay .. or just send us an E-Mail and make a payment over bank wire or PayPal. Your address data will anyway never given to 3rd parties and we currently do not send any newsletters or other mailings.
How Do I Track My Order?
Use the link on the bottom of the website – or track the shipping directly via DHL with the provided number you receive after placing an order.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can return the unit for exchange or refund, if it’s still 100% new and unused, in the original packaging
If my unique CONCENTRIC-WATCH is broken, can I send it back for repair?
As we have no service center as a small brand – and most possible damage (glass broken, band fell off, water came in, scratches, battery empty etc) are not covered by warranty, it makes more sense to go to a local watch service place.
I case the unique dial is damaged, we have unfortunately no possibility to fix it or place a new dial. You would have to choose a watch in a similar style. We do have some spare parts for the watches, like glasses, crown and of course, many CONCENTRIC nylon bands in different colors.
