The current General T&Cs are available to the customer on the website concentric-watch.com and do not apply to purchases in stores or resellers’ online stores.

Obvious defects must be reported in writing immediately, but at the latest within 48 hours of delivery. The defective items must be kept ready for inspection in the condition in which they were at the time of the defect. Any breach of the above obligations shall exclude any warranty.

3.1 PAYMENT BY INVOICE
Not accepted, we only ship after prepayment by bank or credit card (or PayPal)

3.2 CREDIT CARDS and PAYPAL / TWINT / WERO
With Worldline and STRIPE, CONCENTRIC WATCH offers the option of making payments by debit or credit card. All current security standards are guaranteed.

CONCENTRIC WATCH customers can also pay the invoice amount directly via their PayPal (info at a100.ch).
TWINT cannot be offered due to residence – but the EU equivalent WERO will be available soon

4.2 DELAY IN DELIVERY
After receipt of the order, the goods will be dispatched within 3 days or an individual delivery date will be agreed with the customer. As a rule, the expected delivery time is between one and four days. CONCENTRIC WATCH does not guarantee this time, but will inform the customer in good time in the event of delays. Claims for damages due to the impossibility of performance are excluded.

If there is a delay in delivery, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge from the 30th calendar days from the originally announced delivery date. In this case, CONCENTRIC WATCH will refund the amounts already paid without interest. There are no further claims against CONCENTRIC WATCH.

4.3 COLLECTION PERIOD AND ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
If the customer does not accept the ordered products on the agreed or indicated delivery date, CONCENTRIC WATCH reserves the right to terminate (cancel) the contract and to charge the customer for the delivery costs incurred and any loss in value.

Excluded from the right of return are

Reduced items (sale, special offers, vintage or used goods, etc.).
Special orders and custom-made products (e.g. engraved items)
Download items (music as MP3 or FLAC)
If a return is accepted by CONCENTRIC WATCH, the refund will be made to the bank account specified for the refund or via a refunding transaction (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard). CONCENTRIC WATCH accepts no liability for the customer having access to the specified account.

Returns with original invoice, warranty card, and supplied accessories:

CONCENTRIC WATCH is entitled to have the delivered goods entered in the retention of title register in accordance with  Article 715 of the Swiss Civil Code.

Personal data is primarily used for the contractual and legal processing and fulfillment of the services offered. In addition, CONCENTRIC WATCH uses the data to design needs-based offers and articles, as well as to maintain the customer relationship.

The data may be used for marketing purposes for a maximum of 24 months. The customer can prohibit the processing of their data for marketing purposes at any time. A corresponding notification can be sent in writing to the following address, stating the customer number: subwave Internet – a100, Gellertstrasse 55, 4052 Basel.
