In 2012, the web agency subwave Internet with owner Daniel Schulthess created the ‘Random Art Generator’ – a software for algorithmic vector graphics. These were used for website and flyer designs and artworks. The idea came up to individualize mass products and make them more personal and interesting this way. As subwave Internet began to run its internet-shops for watches (among the first in Europe), it was only a short step to try this principle with watches. The new microbrand  CONCENTRIC was born – with a production of Swiss-Made watches by hand – with the help of the watchmaker E. Wieland.

Our Colorful Designer Wristwatches are partly made with the help of algorithms and AI. Every wristwatch dial was chosen among many and edited for use in a very special timepiece.
