Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen und Datenschutz (Privacy) Bestimmungen
1. GELTUNGSBEREICH
Lieferungen, Leistungen und Angebote der Fa. :: subwave Internet Schulthess, Betreiberin des Online Shops concentric-watch.com (und weiteren Websites – sowie Verkauf über die Plattformen EBAY, AMAZON und RICARDO) – im Folgenden CONCENTRIC WATCH genannt – erfolgen ausschliesslich aufgrund der einheitlich geltenden „Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen“ (im Folgenden AGB). Abweichende oder ergänzende Vereinbarungen müssen vom CONCENTRIC WATCH schriftlich bestätigt werden.
Die aktuellen AGB werden dem Kunden auf der Website concentric-watch.com zur Verfügung gestellt und gelten nicht für Einkäufe in Läden oder Onlineshops von Wiederverkäufern.
2. GEWÄHRLEISTUNG UND GARANTIE
CONCENTRIC WATCH gewährt auf alle Uhren eine internationale Herstellergarantie von zwei Jahren. Die Garantiedetails sind auf der jeweiligen Produktseite im Onlineshop zu finden. Die Herstellergarantie kommt nicht zu tragen bei natürlicher Abnutzung, Verlust oder versehentlicher / mutwilliger Beschädigung.
Offensichtliche Mängel müssen unverzüglich, spätestens jedoch innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Lieferung, schriftlich mitgeteilt werden. Die mangelhaften Artikel sind in dem Zustand, in dem sie sich zum Zeitpunkt des Mangels befinden, zur Besichtigung bereitzuhalten. Ein Verstoss gegen die vorstehenden Verpflichtungen schliesst jede Gewährleistung aus.
3. ZAHLUNGSKONDITIONEN
Die Preise sind in Schweizer Franken angeführt und verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer (MwSt.) in der Schweiz.

Wird nicht akzeptiert, wir versenden ausschliesslich nach Vorauszahlung per Bank oder mit Kreditkarten (oder Paypal)
3.2 KREDITKARTEN und PAYPAL / TWINT / WERO
CONCENTRIC WATCH bietet mit Worldline und STRIPE die Möglichkeit, Zahlungen via Debit- oder Kreditkarte durchzuführen. Alle gängigen Sicherheitsstandards sind gewährleistet.
Kunden von CONCENTRIC WATCH können den Rechnungsbetrag auch direkt über ihr PayPal (info at a100.ch) begleichen.

4. LIEFERKONDITIONEN UND VERFÜGBARKEIT
4.1 LIEFERKOSTEN
Alle Produkte und Dienstleistungen richten sich nach den Lieferoptionen, die im Onlineshop im Bestellprozess aufgeführt sind. Schweizweit liefert CONCENTRIC WATCH kostenlos und übernimmt die Versandkosten bei Teillieferungen, bedingt durch Lieferengpässe.
4.2 LIEFERVERZUG
Nach Eingang der Bestellung wird die Ware innert 3 Tagen versendet oder mit dem Kunden ein individueller Liefertermin vereinbart. In der Regel beträgt die zu erwartende Versanddauer zwischen ein und vier Tagen. CONCENTRIC WATCH übernimmt keine Garantie für diese Zeitangabe, informiert den Kunden aber rechtzeitig im Falle von Verzögerungen. Schadensersatzansprüche aus Unmöglichkeit der Leistung sind ausgeschlossen.
Kommt es zu einem Lieferverzug, hat der Kunde ab dem 30. Kalendertag ab ursprünglich angekündigten Liefertermin das Recht, kostenfrei vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. In diesem Fall erstattet CONCENTRIC WATCH die bereits bezahlten Beträge unverzinslich zurück. Es bestehen darüber hinaus keine weiteren Ansprüche gegenüber CONCENTRIC WATCH.
4.3 ABHOLFRIST UND WARENANNAHME
Nimmt der Kunde die bestellten Produkte am vereinbarten oder angezeigten Liefertermin nicht entgegen, behält CONCENTRIC WATCH sich das Recht vor, den Vertrag aufzulösen (stornieren) und die entstandenen Lieferkosten und allfällige Wertverluste dem Kunden in Rechnung zu stellen.
5. UMTAUSCH- BZW. RÜCKGABERECHT
Der Kunde hat ab dem Tag der Zustellung 14 Kalendertage Zeit, das Produkt zurückzusenden. In der Regel zum einmaligen Umtausch gegen ein anderes CONCENTRIC Unikat. Der rechtzeitige Versand reicht zur Fristwahrung aus. Verpackung und Schutzfolie müssen intakt sein, andernfalls kann CONCENTRIC WATCH die Rückgabe des Produktes nicht akzeptieren. Die Ware muss vollständig, unversehrt und ungetragen in der Originalverpackung retourniert werden – ausser es wurde etwas anderes abgemacht.
Vom Rückgaberecht ausgeschlossen sind:
Reduzierte Artikel (Sale, Sonderangebote, Vintage oder gebrauchte Waren) etc.)
Sonderbestellungen und -anfertigungen (zB gravierte Artikel)

Sofern eine Rückgabe von CONCENTRIC WATCH akzeptiert wird, erfolgt die Rückzahlung auf das für die Rückzahlung angegebene Bankkonto bzw. über eine rückvergütende Transaktion (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard). CONCENTRIC WATCH übernimmt keine Haftung dafür, dass der Kunde Zugriff auf das angegebene Konto hat.

6. EIGENTUMSVORBEHALT
Bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung der Rechnung bleiben alle Artikel Eigentum von CONCENTRIC WATCH. Ist der Kunde mit Zahlungsverpflichtungen gegenüber CONCENTRIC WATCH in Verzug, werden sämtliche Forderungen sofort fällig.
CONCENTRIC WATCH ist berechtigt, die gelieferten Waren nach Art. 715 ZGB ins Eigentumsvorbehaltsregister eintragen zu lassen.
7. DATENSCHUTZBESTIMMUNGEN
CONCENTRIC WATCH verpflichtet sich, Kundendaten sorgfältig zu bearbeiten und die Datenschutzbestimmungen einzuhalten.
Es werden von uns keine Kreditkartendaten gespeichert, weder in der Firma noch auf dem Server des Online Shops.
Personendaten werden vorwiegend zur vertrags- und gesetzeskonformen Abwicklung und Erfüllung der angebotenen Leistungen verwendet. Ausserdem nutzt CONCENTRIC WATCH die Daten zur Gestaltung von bedarfsgerechten Angeboten und Artikeln, sowie zur Pflege der Kundenbeziehung.

- SCOPE OF APPLICATION

- DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND AVAILABILITY
4.1 DELIVERY COSTS
All products and services are subject to the delivery options listed in the online store during the ordering process. CONCENTRIC WATCH delivers free of charge throughout Switzerland and bears the shipping costs for partial deliveries due to delivery bottlenecks.
4.2 DELAY IN DELIVERY
After receipt of the order, the goods will be dispatched within 3 days or an individual delivery date will be agreed with the customer. As a rule, the expected delivery time is between one and four days. CONCENTRIC WATCH does not guarantee this time, but will inform the customer in good time in the event of delays. 4.3 COLLECTION PERIOD AND ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
If the customer does not accept the ordered products on the agreed or indicated delivery date, CONCENTRIC WATCH reserves the right to terminate (cancel) the contract and to charge the customer for the delivery costs incurred and any loss in value.
- RIGHT OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The customer has 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to return the product. As a rule, for a one-off exchange for another CONCENTRIC unique item. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. Packaging and protective film must be intact, otherwise CONCENTRIC WATCH cannot accept the return of the product. - RETENTION OF TITLE
All items remain the property of CONCENTRIC WATCH until the invoice has been paid in full. If the customer is in arrears with payment obligations to CONCENTRIC WATCH, all claims become due immediately.
