The Watches
Each dial is generated individually using Daniel Schulthess’s proprietary software — algorithmic art tools, AI generators, and layer-filter techniques. No two dials are identical. Every watch in the 500-piece run carries a dial that exists only once in the world.
No. CONCENTRIC-WATCH is Design suisse — the watches are designed in Basel, Switzerland. They are not “Swiss Made” as defined by the Swiss Lex Montres (which requires the movement to be assembled and cased in Switzerland). Our movements are Miyota Automatic (41mm) and Seiko Quartz (36mm Ladies).
The 41mm Automatic models use a Miyota 82S5 automatic movement (Japanese, 24 jewels, 42-hour power reserve). The Ladies 36mm Quartz models use a Seiko Quartz movement.
The complete CONCENTRIC-WATCH collection is limited to 500 pieces across all models. Most individual models are limited to 100–200 pieces. Once sold out, they will not be reissued.
The watches offer everyday splash resistance (3 ATM / 30m). They are not designed for swimming or diving. Avoid submerging the watch in water.
Orders & Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and TWINT (Switzerland). All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Please contact us immediately at info@concentric-watch.com if you need to change or cancel your order. We can make changes before dispatch. Once the watch has been shipped, the standard return process applies.
Yes. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT. International customers may be subject to local import duties — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping & Delivery
Switzerland: 3–5 business days (Standard, free) or 1–2 days (Priority, CHF 9). International: 5–10 business days via DHL Express (CHF 19). We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order.
Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via DHL Express with tracking. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Every CONCENTRIC watch is shipped in our signature gift box with a printed booklet about the brand and the dial. Gift packaging is included with every order at no extra cost.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. The watch must be in unworn condition, in its original packaging. See our full Returns & Terms page for details.
All CONCENTRIC watches carry a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering movement defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, water damage, or accidental damage.
