Returns & Terms

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your watch must be:

• In its original, unworn condition
• In the original packaging (gift box + booklet)
• Free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.

1. Email info@uhrenvertrieb.ch with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the watch securely and send via tracked post.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

All CONCENTRIC-WATCH timepieces carry a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering movement defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, water damage (unless water-resistance is specified), accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs.

All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change. Orders are binding once payment is confirmed.

CONCENTRIC-WATCH reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
