Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to enjoy your purchase and feel confident when ordering.
If you ever need help with a return, refund, or warranty matter, this page explains everything in a clear and simple way.
1. When You Can Return an Item
You may request a return within 20 days after receipt if:

You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

For other reasons, for example, when a gift is not liked, or you had different expectations that you can explain.

The item is kept in the same condition you received it, including original packaging, protective films, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
Please no “change-of-mind” returns .. Check if you really want such unique timepiece, before you place an order.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include your order number and a short description of the issue. -
We will review your request and let you know whether the item qualifies for a return or exchange.
Replacements only for bands or boxes, as CONCENTRIC Watches are unique. -
If approved, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement.
Refund methods

Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or to the bank account you specify.

We cannot take responsibility for bank accounts that cannot be accessed by the customer at the time of refund.
3. After We Receive Your Return

If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will refund the full purchase price or send a replacement (an exchange) — as you prefer.

If a non-faulty return is accepted (at our discretion), shipping costs may be at your expense.

Items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exceptions & Special Cases
Some items cannot be returned:

Special promotions or sales items (if declared in the offer as non-refundable)

Custom-made or engraved products

Downloadable digital products
Delivery delays
If we cannot deliver your order within 30 calendar days of the agreed timeframe, you may cancel the order at no cost.
We will refund any payments made (without interest), and no further claims can be accepted.
5. Warranty & Legal Rights

All new products are covered by a two-year legal warranty for defects, according to Swiss law.

This policy does not limit your legal rights — it simply describes our process for handling returns and refunds.

A general “cooling-off period” does not apply by default to Swiss online purchases unless explicitly stated.

Returns with original invoice, warranty card, and supplied accessories:
CONCENTRIC-WATCH is entitled to have the delivered goods entered in the retention of title register in accordance with Article 715 of the Swiss Civil Code.
Personal data is primarily used for the contractual and legal processing and fulfilment of the services offered. In addition, CONCENTRIC WATCH utilises the data to design needs-based offers and articles, as well as to maintain strong customer relationships.
The data may be used for marketing purposes for a maximum of 24 months. The customer can opt out of the processing of their data for marketing purposes at any time. A corresponding notification can be sent in writing to the following address, stating the customer number: subwave Internet – a100, Gellertstrasse 55, 4052 Basel.
